Rule 3

Repeal and Save :

(1) Royal Nepal Air Service Corporation, Financial Administration Regulations, 2042 are repealed.
(2) Prior to the implementation of this regulation, the Royal Nepal Airlines Corporation, Financial Administration Regulations, 2042, the operations carried out in accordance with Section 27A of the Nepal Airlines Corporation Act, 2019. It shall be deemed to be done in accordance with the regulations to be made.
